Insurance & Equipment Responsibility
While UAV insurance is not automatically included in your lease, we strongly encourage lessees to maintain adequate liability and hull coverage for their operations.
We provide guidance on coverage considerations and can connect you with third-party UAV insurance providers, including SkyWatch.AI, which offers flexible coverage options for commercial drone operators.

All leased equipment — including UAVs, payloads, RTK base stations, GNSS receivers, and connectivity hardware — must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, excluding normal wear and tear. Lessees are fully and unconditionally responsible for any loss, theft, or damage, regardless of cause or insurance status.

Regulatory Compliance
All customers and pilots are expected to operate in full compliance with FAA, state, and local laws and regulations at all times. It is the sole responsibility of the lessee or operator to ensure that all UAV activities meet the applicable legal and regulatory standards, including FAA Part 107 requirements, Remote ID compliance, and any site-specific restrictions.
