1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your business or organization. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Services Provided

Soar Aero Systems offers enterprise-level UAV leasing, rental, and related services, including optional enhancements and training. Specific terms, rates, and conditions for equipment use will be detailed in your individual lease or rental agreement.

3. Quotes & Orders

• All quotes provided by Soar Aero Systems are valid for the time period stated in the quote.

• A lease or rental is only confirmed once both parties have executed a signed agreement and any required deposits have been received.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms are outlined in each lease or rental agreement.

• Late payments may result in late fees, suspension of service, and/or recovery of leased equipment.

• All payments must be made in U.S. dollars by approved payment methods.

5. Equipment Use & Responsibility

• Lessees are responsible for operating UAVs in compliance with FAA Part 107 regulations and any applicable state, local, or international laws.

• The lessee must handle FAA registration, Remote ID compliance, and any operational authorizations required for the intended use.

• Equipment must be used for lawful purposes only and returned in the condition specified in the lease agreement, subject to normal wear and tear.

6. Repairs, Maintenance & Replacement

• Routine maintenance requirements will be outlined in the lease agreement.

• Any damage or malfunction must be reported immediately to Soar Aero Systems.

• If included in your lease package, replacement units will be shipped according to the service level purchased (e.g., 3-day replacement for Ultimate tier).

7. Liability & Insurance

• The lessee is responsible for insuring equipment against loss or damage and for maintaining adequate liability coverage.

• Soar Aero Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from equipment use, downtime, or operational delays.

8. Cancellations & Early Termination

• Cancellations and early terminations are subject to the terms stated in the signed lease or rental agreement.

• Fees may apply for early termination.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Soar Aero Systems website — including logos, designs, images, and text — is the property of Soar Aero Systems and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Changes to Terms

Soar Aero Systems reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
